-Collect detailed sales forecasts from all sales channels and in liaison with Production to prepare the demand plans on daily uplift basis to be communicated back to the sales channels and logistics
- Define and suggest optimal production cycle for PP plant taking into account periodic sales forecasts, inventory levels, and plant restrictions.
- Ensure optimal production cycle towards lowest overall cost, in line with the business objectives and agreed demand for all PP grades
- Collect all relevant information from Manufacturing about plant capabilities and schedules affecting production, and keep M&S, including Logistics, advised accordingly with adequate communication in a timely manner
- Integrate all trials for product development and grade modification in the overall demand/supply planning
- Design and keep all process flow documents/ soft system for the Product Planning responsibilities
I used to work in Administrative Development and Customers Services Dept.
Responsibilities:
- Measure the performance of the related departments (e.g. Customer Services Center, Call Center ... )
- Develop the KPIs for each department and verify the records for each specified period to ensure that the KPIs are fit the stated objectives.
- Using the Balanced ScoreCard technique as a tool of Performance Managment and to align the startgic objectives of "ALAMANA".
