• Processes pre-authorization requests and communicates approvals/denials back
to providers within agreed timelines.
• Acts as the operational bridge between insurers (payers) and healthcare providers
(hospitals/ clinics).

Verifies provider registration status within the TPAs approved network list.
• Handle complaints or escalations regarding denied claims, billing errors, or
delays and coordinate with other departments (e.g., underwriting or claims) to
resolve complex issues.
• Generates daily/weekly claims reports for each insurance client (e.g., claim
volume, approval rates, high-cost cases).

• Drive commercial strategy and brand growth for the products across the full
product lifecycle.

• Drive sales growth by executing strategic territory and account plans.
