Manage all aspects of HR function including: Recruitment, Compliance, Workforce Management, Performance Management, Safety Management, Engagement & Retention, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Separation, Reporting to CEO.
• From scratch implement policies, procedures and operational guidelines for a 3600+ employee operation
• Provide training and guide managers through the counseling, corrective action, progressive discipline and termination processes
• Examine level, cost and quality of benefits, communicate and clarify employee benefit plans and healthcare rollouts
• Investigate and respond to employee issues, Create and train staff on safety protocol and procedures
• Recruit, screen, interview, and hire all team members
• Implement all departments policies (Code of conduct, Safety program manual, Customer Satisfaction, sales commission and procedures, PMO Methodology .etc)
• Create positive employee relations and develop teamwork resulting in an overall improved culture
• Directed efforts that led to successful International Organization of Standardization (ISO 2008-9001) certification
• Manage payroll with all deductions and distributions
• Evaluates Human Resource practices and trends to ensure best-in-class solutions are implemented throughout the company and are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits
• Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
