Duties:
•Handle all HR admin process, including Visit Visa, Contracts, Employees Letter, Work Certificates.
•Handle employees’ files.
•Attendance and leaves process.
•Admin support issues - Stationaries - Betty cash handling.
•Recruitment process including:
Member ships with recruitment sites and providers - Collecting CVs - Short listing - Initial interviews - English interviews - candidates testing- Personality interview evaluation - Process initial and final offer letters.
•Process needed document for new starting employees including: orientation - Ethical code of conduct - new user names - company access site cards - attendance finger print.
- Provide the office with different suppliers
