· Strategic OD Planning:
Design, implement, and evaluate advanced organizational development strategies that promote continuous improvement, employee engagement, and alignment with corporate vision and values.

· Policy Leadership & Governance:
Oversee the development and continuous of HR and corporate policies, ensuring they support strategic objectives and are compliant with Saudi labor laws.

· Performance Management & KPIs:
Lead the design and implementation of performance management frameworks, advising leadership on KPI development, performance analytics, and improvement plans across departments.

· Organizational Design & Restructuring:
Conduct complex organizational structure improvements, and support large-scale change management and restructuring initiatives.

· Job descriptions and Job analysis:
Review and approve job descriptions after preparing the job analysis in coordination with business leaders to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and department needs.

· Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning:
Guide end-to-end strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and succession planning needs.

· Salary Scale and Grading System:
Develop a salary scale utilizing Hay's methodology to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and Design grading system and job mapping to align job roles with organizational structure.

· Compliance & Risk Mitigation:
Manage high-level internal investigations and employee relations matters in line with legal standards and corporate ethics.

• Develop and execute organizational development strategies to align with company
goals and values, ensuring a cohesive approach to employee engagement and
corporate culture.

• Formulate and execute HR and company policies and procedures to support business objectives and maintain compliance with legal standards.

• Advise management on performance improvement plans and established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for effective performance management, focusing on employee productivity and goal achievement.
Collaborate with department heads to review and update job descriptions, ensuring they reflect current business requirements and support organizational effectiveness.

• Conduct analyses of organizational structure, recommending changes and restructure to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the company.

• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to secure top talent and meet long-term organizational needs.

• Manage investigations into workplace violations in accordance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies, upholding legal and ethical standards.

• Develop a comprehensive salary scale utilizing Hay's methodology to ensure competitive and equitable compensation.
• Design and implement a grading system and job mapping to align job roles with organizational structure and compensation levels.
• Create a performance evaluation system to assess employee achievements and align with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the annual salary increment and bonus review process to reward performance and retain talent.
• Update organizational charts to reflect company structure and reporting relationships.
• Review manpower requisitions from various departments and hiring managers to ensure alignment with strategic staffing needs.
• Coordinate employee promotions to optimize workforce capabilities and meet organizational goals.

HR, C&B initiatives and act as team member within the unit in providing input for the successful completion of projects.

• Perform the assigned HR duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the C&B and HR unit goals.

• Coordinate between Recruitment and C&B Unit

Welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits and an office tour.

• Introducing new hires to their team members.

• Detailing all new hires initial tasks and answering any queries.

• Ensuring new hires have the necessary technical assistance to set up their hardware and software.

• Assist with facilitating onsite or offsite recruitment events.

• Partner with learning and development team to develop, implement and facilitate first week orientation program.

• Manage all logistics of first week orientation ensuring each new hire has an excellent experience.

• Add new employees’ information to company’s HR system.
