Maintenance Utility& Offsite Supervisor 2014 to present :
o Supervising +120 persons working under contractors companie.
o Knowledge of SAP system to control and follow up maintenance activities and spare parts.
o Create and follow up WO and update SAP day by day.
o Record all activities clear backlog.
o Follow up PO process
o Doing Technical evaluation for all new spare parts by reviewing all quotations offers.
o Managing all spare parts and preparing annual budget for all Utility and Offsite maintenance.
o Supervise and following all maintenance Activities (Electrical , Mechanical & Instrument) at Yemen LNG Offsite areas Utility & Offsite and Pipeline block stations (10) along 320KM from Balhaf to upstream Marib.
o Supervise and following activities of HVAC team Preventive and Corrective maintenance for all ACs (split units & window types.
o Supervise and following Fire& Gas activities at Balhaf Accommodations.
o Supervise and following all maintenance Activities (Electrical , Mechanical & Instrument) at Yemen LNG water treatment plant and sewage treatment plant.
o Supervise and following all maintenance Activities (Electrical , Mechanical & Instrument) at Yemen LNG Pipeline and Military (18 ) camps
o Responsibility for the safe and timely completion of assigned jobs in the field,
o Responsible to prepare PTW/TBT and other supporting documents as per job requirement
o Implementing isolations and de-isolation of electrical equipment, in line with company policy & procedure
o Maintenance of UPS, Battery chargers, Electrical Monitoring & Control Systems
o Reporting and timely completion of all duties according to applicable safety measures and published procedures.
o Hands-on working experience with different types of Transformers, HV/LV motors, Protective relays and switches.
o Independently carry out installation, modification, and maintenance activities on all electrical equipment used in the Oil & Gas industry.
o Read and review electrical drawings for maintenance and troubleshooting requirements.
o Report faults and identifies requirements for major repairs
Electrical Technician with YemenLNG 2008- 2012: o Participation in Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning stages of YemenLNG project.
o Startup of YemenLNG project with YEMGAS, Balhaf-Yemen.
Duties during YLNG plant Normal operation:
o Carries out preventive, corrective maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of electrical equipment (switch gears, breakers, transformers, interrupters, MCCs, protection relays, electrical motors, cables, etc.).
o Performs troubleshooting to breakdowns, diagnoses faults and executes repairs on all electrical equipment, refers major problems to the electrical senior technician.
o Plan, implement and commission minor electrical modifications and installations in offsite areas (including Offsite, MOF area, Jetty, and Storage and Loading area).
o Authorized as Competent Electrical Person for LV &HV equipment.
o Familiar with ATAX equipment, operation and maintenance
