Making production report and report it in ERP(SAP), control inventory of work in progress items, control processes and verifying procedures, Checking products as per daily production plan, allocating workers and operators to machine, control processes and monitoring production hourly basis and control production loss, giving awareness training to workers regarding materials and production plan, communicating interdepartmental activities, coordinate with maintenance department regarding maintenance activity, reporting all production activities to manager production through Microsoft excel document and orally, troubleshooting machines, thermal printer and inkjet Printers, Giving training to operators regarding machinery and operation, control cooling and freezing of product.

• Control processes and verifying procedures, checking products as per daily production plan.
• Reserving packing material for production as per plan.
• Allocating workers and operators to machine, control processes and monitoring production hourly basis.
• Control production loss, giving awareness training to workers regarding materials and production plan.
• Communicating interdepartmental as per export update, coordinate with maintenance department regarding maintenance activity.
• Reporting all production details to manager production and head of our department through Microsoft excel document and orally.
• Trouble shooting Flow wrap machine, Shrink wraps machine, Donut fryer, Thermal printer and Inkjet printers.

• Daily production planning as per our monthly production plan.
• Reserving raw materials and packing material for production as per plan.
• Responsible for collecting and analyzing the reviews of all the team members present.
• Planning and scheduling the meetings with the team members for different activities that are related to the production.
• Managing the work that is given and handling the employees working under.
• Responsible for achieving good quality result and production for the company.
• Trouble shooting FFS machine, Cup filling machines, Single and Double head Auger (powder filling) and various Sifters.
