Carryout routine power system operating duties and monitoring the power
system in accordance with standard procedures and daily operating
instructions to ensure the safe and reliable performance of the plant.

& energize transformer's with follow all SOPs .
Carryout safe preparation of electrical equipment for maintenance and
monitoring the work to ensure compliance with work permit and safety
requirements.

rack inn & out Breakers,
Check UPS, Battery charger, Transformers, switchgear, Mcc and all relay.

monitor & control the power distribution to 380KV until 480V for more than 20 power substations and equipment such as (GIS, XFR, SG, MCC, UPS, BC, EDG, On load tap changer, SF6 gas level ) with (ENMCS | SAS | PMS)
respond for electrical issues and keep it under close monitoring to avoid power failure.
Follow up with baseline of power consumption list for process units to maintain power consumption as plan.

Lead activity, isolation, prepare SOP for ESO, create report & notification, coordinate with HV & LV maintenance & HVAC for activity and issues, keep power system on normal operation, manage and handle hazard of power outages for safe shutdown and start up, keep plant under safe condition.
Respond immediately to emergencies, including fires, to mitigate and rescue plant, equipment and/or personnel during emergencies.
Raise notifications for any defective and follow up with min shift crew and refinery shift manger.
Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of Power Dispatching activity is carried out in an efficient manner consistent with operating procedures and policy.
Supervise all operation activities to ensure day-to-day, short-term and long-term activities, along with achievement of operational targets of the power system, to meet target power demands and to maximize output, efficiently and safely.
