Once I joined Ma’aden date of Aug 13, 2007, I was assigned to General Service Department to work as Administrative Coordinator to be responsible for the following missions and duties beside my achievements I had been doing during my career at Ma’aden :

• Petty cash custodian effectively from 2008 till 2010.
• Planning and scheduling agenda for candidate and other comers who purposely travel for business visit.
• Managing and handling hotels and conference booking internally and externally.
• Controlling and systemizing the transaction of our supplier invoices.
• Planning and managing office occupation whether at Cement building tower or on the site of Raz Alkheer.
• Site project logistic coordinator. (Raz Alkheer)
o Housing, Telecommunication, Workstation provider, coordinator, transportation provider,
 Acting purchasing items to be procured for the concern requester.
 Initiator of corporate deal and agreement of housing to be provided by such supplier as 5 stars hotels such Marriott, Radisson, , , , etc.
 Managing and controlling housing of compound which is provided to our employee for long term such supervising and coordinating any villa related such electricity bills, contract, inventory items and any required needs, , , , , etc.
 Annually processing items inventory since 2008.
 Statistical weekly report writer.
 Administrating supplier service contract and agreement.
 Customer service oriented.
Coordinator any administrative service is needed by any concern customer.
Working as shipments dispatcher for distrabution.
