• Reconciliation of Major retail outlets.
• Perform the month billing cycle, which involves various transactions in SAP.
• Providing admin (Sales) support functions.
• Associated with Philips Electronics India Ltd. (Medical Systems) as All India Business Support (Sales).
• Working on to track the Accounts Receivable and credit control.
• Reporting the actuals to budget variance to Management at regular intervals.
• Coordinating in preparation of Budgets for Sales and Marketing, Quarterly Rolling forecast etc, Weekly review of Order intake and Revenue recognition etc.
• Key user of SD module in SAP.
• Calculating the Incentive of the Sales personnel quarterly.
