Responsibilities: - For Project implementation-Making monthly Plan of action, organizing monthly review meeting with Project director for identification of the loophole & gaps of the monthly target, Organizing Behavior Change communication (BCC) event at every six month in target area including the target population of HRGs, Conducting Staff Meeting, Peer educator meeting, Crisis team meeting, Networking meeting, Advocacy meeting, PLHA (People living with HIV/AIDS) meeting, Drop In Centre meeting with High Risk Group(HRGs)/FSWs, analysis condom demand of FSWs, Field work at-least three to four days in week.

Fieldwork, Internship (MSW Amity University) • Khushi Center for Rehabilitation and Research -2010 -2011 Environmental health awareness programme in community, sanitation, health hygiene and qualitative life, liaison with schools for health hygiene activity. . Homeless for awareness about the schemes mobilized the homeless (under bridge population/footpath dweller/ migrated people from other state in search of livelihood and who don’t have the living arrangements/beggars family/orphans youth) liaison with beat police officers, NDMC authority/officials. • Bal-Vikas-Dhara :– 2009 – 2010 Gender Resource Centre (GRC), Samajik Suvidha Sangam Delhi Govt.: -I worked and organized Health camp and Nutritional camp, OPD, Self Help Group SHGs Formation & documentation, community awareness & mobilization for education & health, youth club meetings and data entry. Dr. Zakir Husain Memorial Trust. - Data Entry regarding the camps documents - Organized the Camp for disabled at sector – 39, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Hospital in Noida - Self Help Group (SHGs) formation and its Documentation in Uttar– Pradesh at Farrukhabad - Laisioning with Block level officials and Gramin Banks.
