Job Responsibility:
Perform daily round in the hospital and give the maintenance findings to the technicians and follow up to insure the fixation.
Daily check for the hospital machines like HVAC, boilers, generators, pumps, electromechanical works.
Managing the maintenance crew and schedule them for maintenance activities.
Managing PBX system, CCTV, Access Control .
Managing the renovation Projects in the hospital and designing the Light Current and the Electricity distribution in it.
Managing the call center system.
Verification of applying the JCI standards related to the engineering department.
Manage the full purchasing process which includes receiving requests, negotiating and building relationships with vendors, following up for approvals.
Represents the engineering department during the weekly HOD meetings.
Supervises IT team.
Fixing company and its all branches software and hardware problems.
Recommending and implementing IT strategies, policies, and computers upgrading.
Training less experienced and new staff.
Maintain the company’s network and ensure it’s save and clean from viruses.
Managing Engineering Operations and Budgets
Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems.
Ensures regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety standards.
Manages and controls heat, light and power and recommends current best methods for energy conservation and economical facility operations.
Administrate the Pbx system.
Distributes preventive maintenance and repair work orders and monitors timeliness and quality of completion.
Oversees and directs the maintenance of grounds, guestrooms, public space, restaurants, and pool.
Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
Performs monthly property inspection to ensure buildings and grounds are maintained in excellent condition.
Conducts guest rooms and common area inspection to ensure guest satisfaction.
Selects and orders or purchasing new equipment, supplies, and furnishings.
Manages parts and equipment inventory.
Electrical consultant engineer ( low current and medium voltage networks).
supervise distribution system including substation, switchgear, panels, and related control system. of lighting system, power system, low current System including fire alarm system, CCTV system...etc
Supervision of testing and commissioning of the mentioned system.
Review and approve all shop drawings and as built drawings.
Commissioning Engineer (Oil and Gas) on the speedtronic program which controls the gas turbine machine .
Troubleshoot & solve problems for the DCS system
Supervise, monitoring and analyzing all the turbine incoming signals.
Administering NT4.0 Server and Domain users.
Software installations.
Delivering Training for Win98, NT Workstation 4.0, MS Office and MS Outlook.
Troubleshooting & Solving Problems related to Servers and clients.
Troubleshooting & Solving Both Hardware ( Pc & Printers) and software Problems (Networked environments).
Antivirus Protection for the whole network.
Backing up Servers and Monitoring Performance.
