Played a key role in establishing IT department and to manage
company’s IT infrastructure spanning over 44 branches
including head office.
* Sole person to manage complete operations of Aloha POS
system & Foodics system involving installation, configuration,
adding new items, creating recipes, server administration,
database network management, service help-desk,
uninterrupted operation and continuous support of the system.
* Managed the Manoosha mobile app including technical
troubleshooting, moderated the web portal along with
contents updates.
* Played the key role to upgrade the organization from Aloha to
Foodics POS system resulting in better sales and inventory
management. Also rebuilt and administrated the Restaurant
database. In addition, extended my services to train new
employees on newly deployed POS system.
* Integrated POS with all delivery service companies I.e.
Hungerstation, Jahez, Marsool, Careem to receive orders
directly in POS system thus providing a big boost in sales and
better customer satisfaction due to reduced time for order
processing.
* Responsible for implementation of IT systems for new store
openings, including staging, Integration with ERP, configuration,
and installation processes.
* Heavily involved in IT procurements in order to get best possible
contracts for company.
* Administration of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.

* Foreseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects
