Responsibilities:- Plans of machining by studying requirement, provided by drilling and completion engineers Adequate supplies of drilling tools and materials from Tool services Department. Which include planning, assigning, and directing contractor’s scope of work, for machining and fabrication, of various tools and cross overs, adapters circulating subs, cement head, casing & tubing subs, tubular pup joints, hanger running tools, test plugs wear bushing, machining of perforated liner and slotted liner, landing sub and landing joints, preparing of conductor pipes and preparing shoe assemblies, of casing and liner, this is to provide support of drilling and completion operation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:-Studying blueprints, engineering plans, select materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference, and machining parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). Calculating requirements, according to programs, adhering to international standards quality assurance procedures and processes, according to safety procedures and regulations, as supply management maintains documentation, Inventory Control, replenishment of tools and equipment. Maintenance of tools & equipment, by completing preventive maintenance, requirements by following ADNOC Standards & instructions, Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting, ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities, to add value, to job accomplishments. Competent to solve, practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Capable to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Handling the workload of 44 Drilling / Work over Rigs and Barges.
