Responsibilities:- Plans of machining by studying requirement, provided by drilling and completion engineers Adequate supplies of drilling tools and materials from Tool services Department. Which include planning, assigning, and directing contractor’s scope of work, for machining and fabrication, of various tools and cross overs, adapters circulating subs, cement head, casing & tubing subs, tubular pup joints, hanger running tools, test plugs wear bushing, machining of perforated liner and slotted liner, landing sub and landing joints, preparing of conductor pipes and preparing shoe assemblies, of casing and liner, this is to provide support of drilling and completion operation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:-Studying blueprints, engineering plans, select materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference, and machining parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). Calculating requirements, according to programs, adhering to international standards quality assurance procedures and processes, according to safety procedures and regulations, as supply management maintains documentation, Inventory Control, replenishment of tools and equipment. Maintenance of tools & equipment, by completing preventive maintenance, requirements by following ADNOC Standards & instructions, Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting, ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities, to add value, to job accomplishments. Competent to solve, practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Capable to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Handling the workload of 44 Drilling / Work over Rigs and Barges. Using about more than 6, 000 different items of tools & equipment also part of team to educate, encourage and development of trainee employees,
The Section Head Logistics Position with current employer is responsible planning of Drilling material & equipment for future upcoming wells according to drilling program and prepare Procurement plans for long lead items and submitted to management for getting approval from JMC. responsible to get start the tendering process and with coordination with operation team prepare ITBs get approved monitor bidding process provide technical guide to CPL Prepare and present technical part To tender committee for award recommendation with approved LOA and PO complete organize the Delivery schedule, shipments lots delivery terms according Incoterms custom LEW exemption as per approved MOC and SOC guide line status instruct and coordinate clearing agent to expedite deliveries responsible until material received in Field Ware house that is for 6 drilling Rigs plan with 4 more Rigs, and 2 work over Rigs operations while preparing tenders board submission and ITBs and Manage contract development, managing contracts, supplier negotiation, negotiating contract terms and conditions, supplier management and collaboration with internal operation departments and CPL. Responsible for managing the contract database and all associated files. Duties include administration, tracking, and analysis supplier performance and contract compliance. Provide technical and professional services of Drilling projects. Contract standards Assist Review modifications, extensions and contract closeout documents. Work as team member to Monitor vendor performance and make recommendations for improvement when appropriate. Prepare and distribute reports and statistical data to facilitate Operation planning and maintenance of accurate contract records and files. Work and coordinate the activities of operation personnel to accomplish assigned objectives. Administer large, long term Services contracts. Participate in and provide support for initiatives such as supplier enablement, contract management, project management, problem resolution, ensure compliance of HSE policy & procedure, as directed, Coordinates operations activities on assigned monitoring contractor operations costs to enhance the overall efficiency, within budgeting constraints. Manage Vendor payments, variation requests track of cost verify invoice
Supervising, team of ware-houseman's implementing ERP E-BUSSINESS SUIT, Oracle base system. Inventory 'Cycle counts' to Update. Prepare requisition and order material receives goods and releasing GRN, updating ERP system. Responsible of handling material request of 4 on shore Drilling rigs and 5 offshore Drilling Rig Prepare and process purchase requisitions and keep track to follow-up Purchase orders until required materials received after carry out inspection by end user prepare O/S damage reports and assign bin locations update in system supervise store handlers (warehouse man) receiving and issuance of material and arranging material in systematic manner in ware house. Maintain up date and monitor the inventory and respective records (MIV, D/N, Way bills, Freight manifest, Inspection notes, ) which include receiving of direct charge & expense material to be added in ERP inventory within certain time limit (if not consumed by end user due to any reason) should be reflect in inventory to ensure the items available which appear in stock inventory with correct common noun description and sizes with Manufacture Part number and physically properly labeled / tagged in stored designated bin locations easy to identify and to avoid duplication of stock codes and duplication of material in different stock codes (also provide document copies to relevant department and finance for appropriate charging in system for charge back to third party and relevant AFE) Provide logistical support to field management & close Liaison with office base Management and procurement and commercial department. Generate reports on weekly and monthly basis in ERP Oracle E- Business suit system sending to management and end user well versed with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001
