➢ Material Receiving, Inspection, and post inspection documentation i.e. Material Inspection Reports, Material Receiving Reports. Coordination for logistic arrangement for material handling with motor pool like Fork Lift, Manual Hydraulic Lift Truck, Cranes etc.
➢ Tagging Binning of procured \ Returned material from PS, carrying out quantitative and observatory inspection of material taken on charge. Subsequent storage of material in respective storage location / Bin designated for individual item code.
➢ Familiar with material and know its storage requirements in warehouse.
➢ Have worked Material Issuance Counter as well and familiar with "Data Punching" at Issue counter such as MRR & MIV / MRV / RRV processing i.e. punching and acknowledgment in (ICS) Inventory Control System data base. Material issuance to various sections at plant against Material Issue voucher. Verification of Material Issue voucher viz' a' viz Specimen Signature Cards related checks.
➢ Acquired experience by working in "Ordering and Expediting" section of Warehouse for both local and foreign material. Experienced in ordering of material on the basis of monthly "SOL" and on MORs.
➢ Experienced in maintaining Files / records and record keeping of warehouse related documentations.
➢ Carried out "Physical Inventory" audit of stock items in warehouse to ensure that balances of ➢ items on ground match with those in system.
➢ Have experience in chemical handling in chemical warehouse FFBL.
5 Year SAP Working experience..
➢ 1 year experience of receiving and issuance of different kind of chemicals included mined silica sand its sampling and unloading.
➢ 2 year working experience as MRP Assistant "Manufacturing Resource Planning" in new international software SAP " System Analysis Program Development"
➢ 1 Year experience of "Data Punching" at Issue counter such as MRR & MIV / MRV / RRV processing i.e. punching and acknowledgment as per SAP.
➢ Now a days working as a Material Management Controller in SAP. (International Software)
Contributions: Valuable contributions in terms of material ordering & follow-up (Foreign / Inland) for two Major Projects successfully completed by FFBL i.e.
BMR - Ammonia BMR & DAP Revamp.
