Work Includes:

• Assessment of Hotel Areas Allocations with FOH - BOH adjacencies .
• Preparation of BOQs for Areas Program .
• Follow up coordination with the designer to complete Specification documents I Material finishes
schedule & Production of drawings.

Design Management / Construction Management
Work Includes:

• Administrative & coordination works with Client I Subcontractors I Suppliers respectively .
• Design management with PCM Templates Setting (Work Instructions I Drawing Sheets I Submittal Sheets) .
• Preparation of Program Schedule I Material Listing & Material Procurement Schedule .
• Preparation of Sub contractor's Design drawings I Specifications I Material procurement,
for each related commercial contract.
• Production of design details under SBG scope & Coordination of All Shop Drawings and deliverables for
Guestroom Mockup (Finishes I MEP I ELV I Doors I Signage I Metal False Work I Glass /Wood Works) .
• Subcontractors Site coordination with all trades to include follow up and supervision.

- Five Royal Palaces - Riyadh

-Following up all project design phases (Schematic Design - Design Development - issues for construction) in addition to all trades (Architectural, Structural, HVAC, LC, etc….)
-Coordinating All Shop Drawings and material Selection.
-Coordinating the execution of Class A areas including: Structure, External lounges, Recreational areas, Courts & Swimming Pools.
-Managing Class A finishes; Samples/Designer’s Approval/Implementation/Cost.
-Assess & handle on-site issues and progress with suppliers and sub-contractors.
-Liaise with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
-Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that might arise.

-Reviewing plans & specifications for proper implementation.
-Ensuring that all works are executed as per the project specification and approved drawings.
-Raising RFIs and coordinating with technical office for any change in drawings or site issues.
-Making Daily report and reporting for project manager

Marketing Strategy

The marketing strategy targeted customers through the marketing group, of carefully selected university student agents to be able to highlight and promote design freedom, no or low tooling, and speed. Additionally, small manufacturing companies were approached.

Promotion Strategy

Sales were generated through "Witness the 3D Printing Revolution" word of mouth campaigns executed by the marketing group.
