Mission, It is working in an office talking with customers to plan maintenance CM or PM of a GSM network (Ooredoo Algeria project). I am also responsible for planning these service calls with technicians, engineers, and STs in this telecommunications project, as well as being a good planner and able to see things strategically. It's up to the Dispatchers to find the right technicians and engineers to the customers on time and with the right equipment. We work with internal databases for
respect and estimate how much time a job should take to complete, then assign the work to available technicians or engineers.

Mission,
- It is the management of a set of vehicles at the logistical, administrative and technical level.
- Plan the renewal of vehicles, possible repairs, maintenance, making appointments to pass the technical controls etc.
- Being in constant contact with other departments (of the company for which he works or of the community), with a clientele (in the context of a company) and of course with drivers. To summarize this position of responsibility it will be said that he has three principal functions; management, planning and negotiation.
