• Manage and supervise the enterprise strategic projects for on enterprise level
• Plan; monitor and analyze projects and prepare dashboard reports highlighting progress; risks and
dependancies introducing suitable solutions and recommendations

• Manage the execution of the complete sales cycle, from generating sales leads, qualifying, coordinating sales activities and required resources for solution development, negotiating and closing.

• Develop network solutions to support various network, applications and customized services
• Contribute in technical evaluation committees for RFPs of major projects.
• Develop project implementation plans, survey and evaluate performance needs- goals of the network, and recommend improving solutions to network infrastructure
• Develop network topology, RF designs, traffic analysis & network capacity planning; analyze end-to-end system performance, cost, and risk.
• Conduct detailed modeling and simulation to assess network performance and network functionality, conduct trades on alternate approaches, and advise on technology investments
• Head of Wireless Access Projects: (Wimax, PtMP MW, PtP MW, VSAT...etc) for (Mobily- Bayanat) data network: national wide
• Handle and coordinate day-to-day wireless projects activities and project management.
• Wireless network infrastructure: design, Implementation, commissioning and integration in terms of PtP, PtMP Microwave systems, VSAT and fixed WiMAX
• Corporate customers wireless access connectivity (internet and VPN): management, engineering and rollout
• Implement and supervise the public WiMAX network microwave backhaul
• Supervise enterprise connectivity requirements
• Managing sales activates of company units (Consultancy and Projects) for mobily account and related vendors: Motorola, Alcatel, Huawei and Ericsson.
• Monitor new project opportunities and follow up the sales cycle: inquiries, pricing, cost analysis, proposals and contracts.
• Follow annual sales targets for both projects and consultancy.
• Sales and marketing for vendors’ products: microwave- transmission systems, cellular wireless network components and repeaters, power systems for telecom stations and others.
• Technical solutions & financial proposals.

• Products prequalification: contract analysis, project planning, quality compliance, BoQs and pricing.
• RFPs technical and financial proposals.
• Customers follow up: Saudi Telecom Co (STC), Etihad Etisalat (Mobily), Alcatel, Huawei, Motorola, Ericsson, Saudi ARAMCO, Saudi Electricity (SCECO), Ministries…etc.
• Installation and configuration of GSM Indoor/Outdoor system (on site) for Fastlink and ORASCOM Construction Industries.
• Installing Motorola GSM (Horizonmacro) indoor base stations.
• Planning GSM indoor cabinets and shelters, sites preparation and survey.
• Managing the scope of work for GSM projects, including site survey, site acceptance tests, shop drawings, civil, telecom, and electro-mechanical work.
• Microwave links design, installation and commissioning (Stratex - Dart).
• RFPs follow up, sales promotions & presentation.
