MAIN RESPONSIBILIES
➢ Supervision of the Finance and Account Department and implementation of an adequate system of accounting and
financial reporting as a part of re-organization of Accounting & Financial Department.
➢ Ensure a system of accounts and records are properly maintained.
➢ Preparation of Work order wise / project wise and consolidated Monthly/weekly and annual financial reporting with
actual to budget.
➢ Periodical MIS reporting to management
➢ Budgeting and forecasting
➢ Handling financial institutions, including their financing and another periodical requirement.
➢ Monitoring of funds movement, financial management & arranging new facilities for new projects, renewals &
fulfilling the requirements of financial institutions in order to keep smooth relations.
➢ Help management / supervise for receivables and payables and reconciliations.
➢ Follow-up of recoveries.
➢ Cash flow management
➢ Liaison with external auditors for finalization of the audit.
➢ any other task required or assigned by the Chief Executive.
Financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance.
Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.
Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel.
Oversee all audit and internal control operations
Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis
Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives

Main Responsibilities were as under:-
-development & achievement of goals, objectives, policies and priorities;recommends and administers policies & procedures;
- Establishing and operating an adequate system of accounting and financial reporting and monitors, evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of the same, supervise assigned departmental accounting, such as general accounting system, cash receipting of account receivables, development and evaluates accounting system and policies annual audit;maintain cash requirements and long term indebtedness; maintain supporting record of all financial transactions.
- Responsible to prepare & release Monthly / weekly financial & other MIS reporting to local & foreign shareholders;
- Responsible to develop budget recommendations for operating and capital expenditures, personal services
- Responsible to prepare annual budget with the involvement of concern department, monitoring with actual & periodically adjustments after analyzing & discussing with the concern departments, management & shareholders.
- Monitoring of funds movement, financial management & arranging new facilities for new projects, renewals & fulfill the requirements of financial institutions in order to keep smooth relations
- Responsible to execute plans, policies and programs in business and financial affairs, property and equipment, supplies & housekeeping building & ground maintenance etc.
- Supervise the revision of rules, regulations and procedures of the company with the alignment of Emirates law & policies
- Serve as the liaison for the accounting department with other department and out side agencies; negotiating and resolve.
- Perform any other related work as assigned.

DAFF ELECTRO-MECHANICAL EST. is second in DAFF Group having recognized name in the field of supply, installation commissioning of Water & Sewage treatment plants & units, water & sewage pumping stations, water supply system, storage facilities, collector sewage systems & dour control system with high-tech professional processing skills on western & inter- national expertise.
• Responsible for supervising & smooth operation of Accounts &
Finance Department independently.
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements of M/S. DAFF TRADING & OIL SERVICES EST. DAFF ELECRO- MECHANICAL EST.
• Checking of all types of vouchers to ensure that transactions are properly supported approved & allocated to right head of account.
• Preparation of documents for opening of Letters of Credit, Letters of Guarantee etc. & their follow ups.
• Preparation of contractual invoices for the projects & follow ups.
• Monitoring of funds movement, financial management & arranging new facilities for new projects, renewals & fulfill the requirements of financial institutions in order to keep smooth relations.
• Responsible for implementation of all accounting system under international accounting standards.
• Responsible for audit of annual accounts & preparations all of statements required by the auditor.
• Preparation of M.I.S reports for the review of management information system.
Medipak is one of the largest and fast growing Pharmaceutical Company in Pakistan having International collaboration with M/S. FRESENIUS of Germany for manufacturing of injectable Solution, Intravenous sets and tablets etc. & M/S. LABORATORIES H. FAURE OF FRANCE for Manufacturing of ophthalmic products (Eye Drops).
Medipak makes heavy use of imported raw material to manufacture the products. The products are sold in Local and foreign market through the network of Distributors. Medipak branches (4 nos.) and Export Department. A Complete sales force of 65 members is responsible for satisfying the needs of the customers.
The account department consists of 20 staff members including General Manager Finance and Deputy Manager Accounts & Finance responsible for providing all the support to sales force regarding the processing and dispatching of Sales Order. All the auxiliary departments including stores and Warehouse report directly to accounts department.
Medipak had fully computerized system using and integrated ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL M.I.S. developed in FOXPRO includes inventories warehousing, order processing dispatching and invoicing.
Prime responsibilities & functions included:-
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statement M/S. MEDIPAK LIMITED and M/S. UNIPLAN TRADE INT'L. (PVT) LIMITED (Sister Concern).
• Final review of management information system (M.I.S. reports).
• Monitoring of funds movement and financial management.
• Preparation of Budget and its comparison with actual alongwith cash flow statement.
•Handling of company's Audit Tax and Corporate affairs.
•Submission of sales tax & income tax returns.
•Fulfillment of internal Audit requirement.
Pakistan Industrial Promoters (PVT) Limited was largest Ice cream manufacturing & distributing company (now under name Walls), I was engaged in book keeping up to Trial Balance. Also I participated in Annual Budget Preparation and its comparison with actual.
CA Intermediate Completed four years Articles from Fakhar Majid & Company ( Chartered Accountants) under by laws 1962 of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
