I am a Health Safety and Environmental Manager, having more than 17 Years
of proven record experience in HSE Operations for the Projects execution in
KSA. I have a special ability to handle international safety standards, which
include controlling of employees, assets at field and striving to avoid incidents,
promoting HSE culture within the company and ensuring that the safety
requirements of the process and construction activities are implemented in
accordance with the international standards and approved safety documents.
Weekly/Monthly Meeting with Client HSE Manager on Site Issues.
• Ensuring Toolbox Talks & Trainings at entire site on daily basis.
• Conduct Weekly/Monthly Inspections with Client & Consultant.
• Inspection of Cranes & Rigging gears.
• Risk Assessment before starting work.
• Watching carefully all hazards and giving various ideas in safety meetings.
• Perform safety audits and inspections; carry out injury review for identification
of pro-active and corrective measures to prevent accidents.
• Conduct Safety meetings with operation staff, assisting the Project Manager.
• Analyzing safety data on daily, weekly and monthly basis to meet the safety
targets of the company.
• Visiting to the site with working party and Safety Briefings.

Performing routine Safety Training Sessions and holding Toolbox Talks with the
crew on job site.
• Assisting Safety Manager in making HSE Plans and Procedures
• Implementing and assuring compliance of company health and safety policy
• Reporting to HSSEM and senior management regarding site performance
• Assessing Safety personnel and performance of employees
• Commencing training matrix covering all employees
• Performing weekly/monthly jobsite Inspections of all crew in order to identify
any unsafe work practices and unsafe conditions.
• Documenting the visits on observation forms and forwarding findings to the
management.
• Coordinating with supplemental inspections on new Equipment or Plant
Installation.
• Helping with the completion of Project safety planning and hazard
investigation with supervisors to verify that corrective processes are finished in
a suitable amount of time for all identified hazards.
• Investigating illnesses and injuries in order to determine the cause and taking
affirmative action toward preventing recurrence.
