1. Collaborating with company owners to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.

11. Provide market feedback to the company owners in regards to prices and end users requirement.

1. Online technical support through emails, telephone calls and site visits if needed.
2. Held indoor and outdoor training for the whole range of CCTV & IP CCTV at G4S (Jordan, Bahrain, Kuwait, UAE, Egypt and South Africa).
3. Prepare compliance sheet for the CCTV projects.
4. Responsible for the equipment repair and following up the repair status.
5. System Design & System Architecture
1. Attend project progress meetings with consultants and client reps, in order to coordinate with sub contractors and the company’s engineering department.
2. Prepare procurement lists for projects, and follow up status of equipment, also prepare equipment reception time frames to handover to the installation department.
3. Supervise and guide installation technicians on day to day operation, and provide daily progress reports for the operations manager.
4. Design and implement Fire Detection System (Technical Speciality).
5. Design and implement Intrusion Detection System (Technical Speciality).
6. Design and implement CCTV System (Technical Speciality).
7. Commission Security, CCTV, Audio Visual, Fire, Intrusion Detection and Access Control Systems..
8. Resolve site technical difficulties, through coordination between contractors and installation technicians.
9. Insure quality targets are met before the final delivery of projects.
10. Train end users on low current systems installed.
11. Prepare project documentation; i.e. as built drawings, equipment manuals, test procedures, user manuals, maintenance procedures, etc
