Initiate the scope development or contracts amendment process on receiving the service
request.
* Responsible for the overall planning, development and monitoring of a project and maintain
the project planning system and procedures.
* Generate Service Contracts requisitions into the SAP for all the out-side services required i.e.
Turnaround, Hydroblasting, Catalyst handling, etc.
* Arranging the site visits for the prospective bidders, participate in the vendor prequalification
and technically evaluation of bid documents.
* Ensure all requirements are met within the contract specifications by actively participating in
contract negotiations with Contract Company and finalizing the service contracts.
* Direct responsibility for managing the activities within the function based on the terms and
conditions specified within the applicable contracts. In conjunction with Contractor
Companies, interpret contract as to scope and deliverable.
* Works with purchasing and the Shared Services Department in an effort to refine or modify
contract deliverable and to ensure alignment of department goals and priorities between the

groups responsible for managing the day to day and long term administration for all site

* Keep track of the field activities, update the status and report it during the progress

* Responsible for the overall planning, development and monitoring of a project and maintain
the Turnaround planning system and procedures.
* Preparation of detailed integrated Turnaround Execution Plan.
* Allocation and deployment of resources according to overall and daily planned/scheduled jobs.
* Read, understand and implement the Company Safety Policy and the arrangement described
in the Company and area Safety Management System documents in relation to the Planning
function.

Responsible for INSTALLING and MAINTENANCE of the Dryers & Silos
* Provide Preventive Maintenance & Scheduling for preventive and Breakdown Maintenance
* Handle Engineering and Services request for the plant modifications
* Controlled and manage the Workshop section

Develop the Job Package including Work Procedures, Bill of Material, Method Statement,
P&IDs, GADs, JSAs, Testing plans, Manpower, Tools. Consumables for Services & Material
requirements by keeping in consideration follow-up issues, recommendations from RBI, RCM,
RIS and SAP generated due work orders and finalizing the scope by conducting meetings with
respective department
* Lead Planning Role of KOP, LDPE, LLDPE & Utilities
* Identification of scope for Shutdown/Turnaround.
* Create Notification, Material Identification and Material Order in SAP
* Generate Work Request for routine maintenance & help execution until completion
