2) Costing of yarn After every three months to check average profit
3) Human Resourse management in diffrent departments to minimize production losses .
4) Manager co-ordination for GOTS(global organic textile standards).
5) ISO Co-Ordinator for Iso 9001, 9002, 14001(Environmental Standards) for implementing including training of personnel and work force and rescheduling at proper interval
6) Working as Co-ordination manager for 02 units for import of parts and machines from germany(truetzschler, Oerlikon Schlafhorst) switzerland (Graf, Loepfe), Italy( Savio ), Japan(Crosrol) etc at required time.
7) Working as a managemer controller for main stock stores to keep alive minimum stock level list to avoid any production breakdown due to unavailability of required item.
8) To check and maintain finance issue and purchase budgets for main stores and receiving bays for two units.
9) Local purchase from local marketing companies regarding quality and price positioning
10) Maintenance manager for 02 units.
