Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all the Operation and Maintenance activities of Huawei NGN Network deployed in PTCL network. This includes connectivity with International carriers on SIP and H.323 along with experience of Sigtran, H.248 and MGCP protocols.

2. Operation and Maintenance of Huawei CDMA NSS and ZTE BSS network at Rawalpindi which includes Soft Switch, UMG, HLR, BSC. Connectivity/Testing on SIP and TDM for different directions. HLR Database creation and management, testing/trouble shooting of Customer related complaints. Database creation in Soft Switch, C7 Signaling links creation, trunk group creation. Alarms handling of MSS/BSC and BTS Sites. Configuration/testing and trouble shooting of BSS related issues.

3. Responsible for all the Operation and Maintenance activities of Siemens EWSD Net Manager OMC and Transit-B Rawalpindi which includes testing and connectivity with Local Exchanges, Mobile Operators, WLL Operators and LDI operators. Hardware trouble shooting as well as Database Management. Signaling Links, Trunk groups and E1s creation, Routing, Zoning and charging of codes, traffic study and analysis. Experience of connectivity of Siemens Exchanges with Siemens Net Manager System at OMC via X.25/ISDN data links. Worked on Siemens Net Manager System.

Worked as Electronics Engineer. Main duties performed include Micro controller based system design and programming, GPS based tracking system design and development, Calibration/Testing of analogue and digital circuits related to RF equipment and data communication links.
