Visiting potential customers for new & existing business, recording sales & order information, coordination
with warehouse regarding material availability for upcoming/expected orders.
Visiting potential customers for new business and follow up existing customers of Jeddah and Yanbu
Sector.
Identify and secure dead customers while maintaining high level of sales.
Making quotations and product presentations along with price negotiations with potential customers.
Reporting to National Manager, making monthly sales report, new customer & dead customer secured
report and monthly sales plan report.
Daily visit and continuous coordination with warehouse, in order to inspect material quality before
dispatch, smooth & on time delivery and reporting to management for material requirement on the
basis of sales forecast.
Coordination with suppliers and transport partners.
Recovering payments.
Working as “Sales Executive” and managing an account portfolio of air and sea customers in Dubai region. The assigned geographical area includes major business hubs of Dubai.
Responsibilities for the job include:
o Making regular, object oriented visits to customers and on daily basis.
o Developing and maintaining business relationships with existing customers base.
o Adding new customers to portfolio while focusing on of existing customer base.
o Achieving targets by developing courteous personal relationship with the customers.
o Seeking first hand industry knowledge to analyze business trends in order to participate in future product development as per market needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
▪ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
▪ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
▪ Track all sales activities in company CRM system Concerto and keep current by updating account
information regularly.
Keeping in touch with production department and developing cordial relationships with them.
Identifying and resolving stock deficiencies, continuous coordination with all Nishat Linen stores of
throughout Pakistan.
Carrying out periodic stock checks & monitoring the flow of goods.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Coordination with National logistics partner (TCS) and internationally logistics partner (DHL).
Execution of AWB for the clients.
Managing the Nishat Linen E store by uploading new products, upgrading prices, updating promotions
and suggesting to make E store more customer friendly.
Resolving after sales issues and coordination with merchant banks.
