Advise and monitor contractor in all matters concerning compliance with federal and local HSE regulations.
Lead role of HSE coordination between Client and Main contractor
Review HSE plan submitted by contractor and give recommendations for improvement of procedures, practices for effective execution of HSE functions by site management.
Conduct site walk- thru and point out deficiencies or unsafe conditions/ Acts.
Prepare weekly HSE inspection check list
Issuance of HSE observation & HSE NCR’s on non-compliance.
Review of documentations including monthly report and all risk assessments submitted by contractor.
Review weekly and prepare monthly HSE reports.
Function as liaison with insurance companies, Contractor Corporate HSE, etc.
Ensure that contractor is complying with CPI insurance at site.
Review programs that are designed to reduce exposure to loss via personal injury or illness, loss by fire, loss due to spill of hazardous materials or waste, and ensure compliance by contractor with governmental regulations.
Ensure that contractor is complying with third party certification for plant & equipments.
Attending Safety, Progress & construction meetings and discuss safety issues.
Supervising the Complete Safety at Construction Site and assuring efficient, reliable and effective measures.
Co-ordination with daily safety breaches and to alert the management about areas of concern.
Continuous monitoring on site to ensure performance of field work and man power with all relevant safety, health and security requirements, programs and other pertinent policies.
Prepare weekly and monthly HSE safety performance measurement reports.
Responsible for Client & Consultant correspondence for daily base issues and close out of safety observations/violations.
Investigating incidents (accidents, near-miss, danger occurrences) and preparation of the reports for the management review.
Hazard identification, safety inspections & suggesting remedial measures i.e. Hierarchy of control (ERICPD).
Risk Assessment and Job safety analysis prior to any activity.
Revision of Organization's HSE Plan and update to HSE Manual.
Implementation of Kinetic motion techniques through LITE and MEEP factors.
Preparing agenda for safety coordination meetings.
Review and generate the report on contractor’s weekly report, scaffold inspection, test certificate of lifting and moving equipments.
Investigation, recording and reporting of safety and health incidents.
Establish and maintain emergency prevention, preparedness and response arrangement.
Supervising the Complete Safety at Construction Site and assuring efficient, reliable and effective measures.

Designing & conducting various Safety Trainings, Inductions to new workers on site, Tool Box Talks, etc.
Conduct periodic inspection of Power tools, Lifting Accessories, Fire Devices, Scaffolds, Ladders & Maintaining proper records.
Conduct Fire Emergency Drill periodically & ensure that all Fire Watches perform their duties properly.
Arranging Hot Work Permits & Confined Space Entry Permits.
Carrying out regular (LPI) Loss Prevention Inspections.
Preparing (MIS) Management Information System reports on site safety (Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports).
To Investigate Accidents/ Near Misses/ Fire Accidents, etc & report to higher authorities.
Render necessary advices to supervisors & Workers during site inspection.
