• Audit and group reporting of leading commodity trading company, INTL Commodities DMCC, a subsidiary of INTL FCSTONE Inc. a fortune 100 Company;


• Two tiered group reporting to United Kingdom and New Zealand of Nalco Champion Middle East, a subsidiary of ECOLAB, Inc. The Company supplies chemicals and related services to the oil & gas industry in Middle East; and

• Audit and group reporting of Hinduja Bank (Middle East) Limited, a subsidiary of Hinduja Bank Switzerland;

 Preparation of audit strategy, executing & finalizing the entire job, understanding internal controls and conducting system reviews;

 Review of compliance with DFSA’s regulatory requirements such as capital adequacy, expenditure based minimum capital requirement;
 Compilation of consolidated, stand-alone and interim financial statements with full disclosures in accordance with IFRS; and

 Communication with client management on audit issues, highlighting control weaknesses and suggesting preventive & corrective measures through management letter.
