Responsible for Fire & Safety related aspects of Kahramaa's 300 Transmission Substations (400kV, 220kV, 132kV, 66kV, 33kV & 11kV), 30, 000 Distribution Substations, 30 Water Reservoirs, Water Pumping & Filling Stations, and 30 Kahramaa’s Office Buildings.
Responsible for Supervision of all Fire Systems (Fire Alarm & Detection System, Fire Suppression System, Clean Agent Extinguishing System, Fire Fighting System) at all Kahramaa Sites.
Participation in Fire and Safety Audits and Inspections to monitor & ensure that all requirements are met and that appropriate advice can be given to the area management for the improvement of existing systems and facilities. Make regular Safety reports of Kahramaa Sites.
Developed Fire Fighting Training & Procedures (including Evacuation Procedures) and field personnel trained regularly.

Working as a part of the Plant Management Team of 126 MW TAPAL Power Station (situated at Deh Gondpass, Karachi near HUB-Baluchistan. TAPAL Energy is a Joint Venture Company of Marubeni-Japan, Wartsilla Diesel-Netherlands & ABB-Finland.
Responsible for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) aspects at Power Station.
Develop changes in existing HSE Manual according to NEPRA Guidelines, Emergency Response Plans, Fire Fighting Teams, Work Permit System, etc. Imparted necessary Training to the Plant Staff.
Monitor & Reporting of Safety related Incidents and propose remedial actions to avoid reoccurrence in future.
Develop & Update HSE Procedures & Policies and Monitor the implementation.
Prepare and Organize HSE & Fire Fighting Trainings for Plant Personnel as per schedule.
Prepare Monthly & Annual HSE Reports.
Develop an Emergency Evacuation Plan, ensuring effective response to emergencies.
Monitor & Check the capability of two Over Head Cranes each capable of lifting 5.0 tons load, operating in Plant’s Engine Hall.
Worked as a part of the Project Management Team on White Oil Pipeline Project (WOPP) for Pak-Arab Refinery (PARCO) on behalf of Consortium of China Petroleum Engineering Construction Corporation (CPECC) & TECHNO Engineering Services (Pvt.) Limited. Responsible for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) aspects of the project. Helped in developing HSE Manual, Safety Booklet (English & Urdu Version), Emergency Response Plans, HSE Checklists, Accident Reporting, etc. Imparted necessary Training to the Site Staff.
Developed, Update and Implementation of HSE Procedures & Policies.

Educated the people to change the behavior by Safety Toolbox Talks, Orientation and different Training Courses / Techniques.
Monitoring of Emission of Particulate Matter with TSP & PM10 Analyzer (Manufactured by M/s. Anderson Sampler incorporated USA) at Factory Site and Outside the Factory.
Monitoring of Stack Gases Emission (Land Combustion) from Kiln’s.
Prepare Occupational Health & Safety Plan for Factory Workers.
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of the Project & Adjoining areas.
Sampling and analysis of Wastewater generating from the factory.
Detailed Designing and Drawings of Secondary Wastewater Treatment Plant. Preparation of Engineer’s Estimate & Bill of Quantities.
