Professional Achievements:
• Revamped and re launched the Executive Search & Recruiting Services business of the group after 3 years. In Q4-2013 business to close on 1M approx which is considered as the biggest figure in a quarter in the history of the group.
• Developing Associates & arranged different strategic alliances with renowned HR Consultancies in the region and co alliance HR Projects including back office operations for different newly formed Head Hunting Companies.
• On boarded more than 25 clients ranging from top MNC’s to Local Business organizations of professional repute with retainer ship business partnering and consecutive services.

Job Responsibilities included:
• Hiring new team and developing SOP’s
• Lead, manage and oversee all recruitment & Marketing related activities and handle the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts that were passive and infant to the business. Introduce them lobby and sell the services involving extensive brain storming sessions, presentations and project management activities.
• Define guideline for Business Operations and streamline the processes ensuring service quality maximization.
• Building sector-specific specialization in order to build a pool of researchers and ultimately build a business unit within the Recruitment Division
• Managing a team of talented individuals and support their training, development, performance, motivation, and career advancement.
• Bring new business and materializing opportunities through authentic market intel, Swot analysis of the clients and socializing.
• Negotiation and Contract Management with the new on boarding clients in support with the Legal and Finance Teams
• Initiated a team of Tele Head Hunters a proper BD Unit for cold calling and generating new inquiries and selling.
• Understanding and analyzing a client’s recruitment/ marketing requirements; proposing a suitable solution; forwarding them to the concerned development team and making sure that all commitments are met timely, while maintaining a constant feedback loop.
• Responsible for maintaining a sufficient sales/profit margin, Responsible for directing contractual negotiations and assisting/participating in the negotiations as may be necessary.
• Identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into the account.
• Maintain and handling the clients accounts and keeps the records of the financial transactions done by the corporate clients. Liaison with the social sector & corporate clients as well as the business partners via telephone and e-mails further attend the business meetings to generate sales leads.
• Currently trying to revamp and make the induction and orientation plan more effective for new trainee researchers
• Extensive Employer Branding and Communication Activities through participation in Job fairs, guest speaking sessions on different forums and business events, seminars and networking events on behalf of the firm. Offer useful insights to the principal team to increase company’s visibility and expansion. Handled ownership of new & different requests and explored opportunities to ensure value addition and enhance company image.
• Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions and implement Talent Acquisition strategy to attract candidates at all levels. This includes extensive utilization of Social media, Job engines including Naukri gulf, Monster gulf, Bayt.com, Linkedin etc.
• Generating market intels for the client as per need
• Secure manage and deliver different accounts from SME’s to blue-chip organizations. Suggest appropriate Recruitment solutions within partner’s budget.
• Working on the new website along with on-line Recruitment Portal expected to go live in July 2015
