December 2011 - December 2012
• To supervise and drive the software development section while mentoring the enhancement, customization and spread of the product capabilities by working on advance management reporting to offer bird eye views of everything recorded and impacted the organization data
• Initiated production of a new version of the E.R.P. from the scratch considering the solutions for all major architectural vulnerabilities in previous version.

October 2010 - November 2011
• Managed the development and customization on semi-architectural level while gradually shifting the employed tools and technologies towards further enhancement.
• Identification of loop holes to rectify the major architectural defects.

March 2010 - September 2010
• Management of a larger team of developers for support and customization of E.R.P. on 7 different clients located in Karachi, Sialkot and Dhaka.
• To analyze different queries for change and enhancement on domain level.
• Optimization of inter-domain modular integration.

February 2009 - February 2010
• Handed over lead and responsibility of Financials, Warehouse and Export and Shipment management modules of the E.R.P. along with a team of 2 junior developers.
• To look after the fullest by entertaining all sort of bugs, changes, enhancements and implementations at 3 different clients located in Karachi and Sialkot.
• Coordination with the Chief Technology Officer for necessary approvals and proposed solutions.
• Converging different enhancements from different clients over a single product version for value addition and to look after the improvements on existing versions at each client.
• Train the sub-ordinates to enhance their competitiveness to meet different challenges at work and to pass on different parts and responsibilities of the assigned modules to them.
• To provide assistance to other software engineers and seniors in challenging tasks related to other modules involving Materials Management, Import and Bond Management and Outsourced Process Management.
