Responsible for sales of wide portfolio of products like Low Voltage (LV) Panels, Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear, Ring Main Units (RMU), Oil type, Dry Type & Power Transformers, KIOSK, Package and Unit Substations, Power Factor Improvement (PFI) Panels, Motor Control Centers (MCC), Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), Synchronization Panels, etc. in GCC countries, Afghanistan, Malaysia, Africa etc.

Key Responsibilities:
*Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations for Low Voltage & Medium Voltage Switchgear, including MCC, Synchronization Panel, Transformer Protection Panel, PFI Panel, Ring Main Unit, KIOSK, Unit & Package Substation, Energy Meters, Oil Type, Dry Type and Power Transformer according to IEC, SEC, DEWA etc. standards.
*Scrutinizing engineering drawings of Low Voltage & Medium Voltage Switchgear tenders/inquiries, preparation of technical and commercial offer for customer approval, Bill of Material and schematic diagrams.
*Electrical Components selection including Electronic Relays, Circuit Breakers, Disconnecting Fuses,
Magnetic Contactors, Isolators, Current and Potential Transformers etc.
*Creating new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
*Prepare the Pre-Qualification Documents including in depth market analysis.
*Floating RFQs (Request for Quotations) to prospective suppliers.
*Project planning and scheduling (preparing Activity Breakdown Structure, Product Breakdown Structure, Work Breakdown Structure and Project Schedule).
*Conducting pre-delivery inspections of MV/LV Switchgear & Transformers.
*Preparing all required letters (Pre-bid clarification, post bid clarification, extension and order acknowledgment).
*Write technical reports, engineering change requests, and procedures as required.
*Follow up with banks/customers for timely payment collection.
*After receiving the order, correspond with customers for proper execution, delivery, and completion of project.
*Liaising with customers after sales to provide ongoing support and customer services.

Achievements:
*Successfully achieved annual export sales target of 1 million USD.
*Successfully got Factory Approval for Distribution Transformers from ADWEA - UAE.
*Executed pre-qualification documentation MEW - Kuwait (for Distribution Transformers), Kahramaa - Qatar (for Distribution Transformers), KOC - Kuwait (for Distribution Transformers) and Distribution Code Review Panel - Oman (for Distribution Transformers).
*Managed, planned, and effectively implemented all activities for exhibiting in Middle East Electricity Exhibition.
