I'm working as Dynamics CRM Business Analyst in a majort transformation project at AXA Insurance Gulf which involves 6 countries and 850 users.
My day to day activities includes coordination with business, IT and vendor teams for project planning & rollout, gather and analyze business requirements, suggest optimal solutions to Business & IT (gap analysis), prepare system specifications, manage project scope and requirements, prepare use cases and process flows, validate implemented solutions, system rollout & Business/IT change management including user adoption planning, defining training needs and strategy, training end users and measuring and reporting on each deliverable. I’m responsible to ensure that the timelines and scope are met with good quality delivery to meet business requirements and expectations.
My major deliverables include detailed system specifications with data model, business rules, validation rules, workflows, integration analysis, data migration rules, system design requirements, IT change management, system rollout plan, business cases, business process design, business process re-engineering, solution feasibility analysis, business rollout plan, business change management, user training and user adoption.

Amlaki is a Real Estate software solutions provider company with focus on properties, facilities and land management. In Amlaki, we follow Waterfall project management methodology. I am also working as Technical Consultant on Auraportal Helium BPM product by AuraportalME (a sister company of Amlaki) to help its clients understand and overcome business process challenges using this BPM tool.
