Development of novel structures for transparent electrode for thin film PV application which will enhance the light
scattering and increase the diffusivity of light in the solar cell. This diffusion will increase the path length of the light and increase the electron hole pair generation.
Production Engineer (Dec '2009-Aug '2011):
The responsibility as a production engineer for Rahimafrooz Batteries Limited was to ensure the maximum
productivity of the manpower and machine by proper time utilization and planning and also reducing the breakdown time of the machines with proper response. Also I acted as an audit representative for Occupational
health and safety management system application (OHSAS) where the responsibility was to ensure a safe
workplace for everyone working in the production floor.
Key achievement: zero major machine break-down experienced during the mentioned period, 100% utilization of the available man power by looking forward into the plans and priorities, zero major Non Conformity Product
(NCP) has been detected during the external audit session of OHSAS.
