• Managed a team of trainers in South, Central & North regions.
• To make presentations for product trainings of Banks & Investment companies
• Started referral model with 100 Bancassurance Sales Consultants in 2009 and now managing trainings of more than 600 BSCs Pan Pakistan. Designed and implemented a complete 6 days bancassurance training course for new inductees.
• To certify Bancassurance Coordination Executives and Unit Heads Pan Pakistan for the first time.
• Conducted sessions for Sales Development, Soft Skills, Communication and language Skills.
• Liaise with Product Managers for Promotions, Sales Targets, Sales Techniques, Trainings, certifications and Product Refreshers.
• To coordinate with Banks & EFU's Coordination Executives to improve Sales Performance.
• To coordinate with Operations, Investments & Actuarial to keep the training dept, up-to-date for resolving queries of trainees.
• To look after 13 banks trainings, including Faysal Bank, Standard Chartered, MCB, NIB, UBL, Askari Bank etc, with around 40-bancassurance products pan Pakistan.
• Worked as an acting marketing manager to oversee all marketing, advertising, promotional staff and activities. Establish marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluate customer research, market condition, competitor strategies and to implement marketing plans as needed.
