• Mechanical maintenance of gearboxes bearing (frictional & antifriction) clutches coupling
shafts, chain, drive, belt drives system etc.
• Mechanical maintenance of highly sophisticated hydraulic system pneumatic system &
centralized lubrication system.
• Knowledge of installation, commissioning of machines, leveling alignments & balancing
of machines.
Knowledge of gearbox to motor shaft alignment using laser alignment.

• Knowledge of lubrication and maintaining proper pressure and cooling via pressure and
water adjustment.
Knowledge of safety rules & application.

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on rolling mill equipment to ensure
optimal operation.
Utilized diagnostic tools to identify and resolve mechanical failures promptly.

• Maintained lubrication systems for machinery and equipment in manufacturing
