 Approved Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) for Offsite & Utilities units.
 Supervise team, coach, and resolve conflicts for high key performance indicators (KPIs).
 Efficiently manage projects, tasks, and events within budget to maximize ROI and minimize payback periods.
 Implement policies and ensure compliance with laws and engineering standards.
 Facilitate communication, cooperation and feedback between departments to enhance performance and achieve common goals for organizational success.
 Pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup Head for the Offsite &Utilities Units.
 Perform more than 20 HAZOP, Re-HAZOP, MOCs, FAT, and SAT to ensure safe and effective operation.
 Prepare and supervise all shutdown activities for more than 10 years.
 Conducting energy optimization analysis for operating equipment while considering return on investment (ROI). (E.g. Air Separation Unit and Propylene Refrigeration Units)

 Undertake the delegated responsibilities of the O&U manager in his absence.
 Provide technical support to subordinates and review the reports issued by them to minimize errors and ensure quality work.
 Review Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) for O&U units.
 Participate in appraising the performance of Shift Supervisor.
 Resolve problems and address complaints if necessary.
 Participate in setting the policies for the operations, production and environmental safety.
 Provide required monthly and yearly reports and feedback timely to the manager to ensure the plans are being followed and executed according to schedule.
 Monitor the necessities for the operations including store balance (chemicals, catalyst, filters and membranes) and issue the purchasing orders (PO) as well as recommend suitable and more efficient substitutes.

my job position involves supervising and coordinating the activities of operations, maintenance, and HSE personnel across various units within an O&U company. The equipment and systems that fall under the purview of this position include:

- Steam system with boilers
- Hydrogen recovery unit
- Cooling tower system
- Propylene/propane refrigeration unit
- Water demineralization unit
- Propane and propylene unloading units
- Instrument air compressors system
- Propane & propylene boil-off liquefaction system
- Firefighting system for propane, propylene, and ethylene storage tanks in the tank farm
- Wastewater treatment system
- Reverse osmosis system
- Air separation unit (LINDE)
- Boiler with boiler feed water treatment system
- Steam turbines (STGs)
- Jetty unloading system (onshore and offshore)
- Condensate filtration system
- Dr-M Fundbac® filters
- Fuel gas system

The job responsibilities include ensuring the safe and efficient operation of these systems, managing maintenance and operations personnel, and coordinating with HSE personnel to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

As an operational leader in an O&U plant, responsible for ensuring compliance with loss control procedures and participating in the commissioning/startup of the plant's units, including a tank farm(Ammonia), steam boiler system, air separation cryogenic unit (TSA LINDE), demineralization units, cooling tower, wastewater treatment, instrument and plant air system, and firefighting above ground system.
• Lead a team of panel and field operators who monitor units from DCS and coordinate with field operators to ensure safe and optimal plant operation.
• Issue work permits, enforce safety requirements, and ensure compliance.
• Liaise with maintenance supervisor to prioritize mechanical, electrical, fabrication, and instrument support.
• Create and implement Process Improvement Requests (PIRs) to increase safety and productivity rates.
