Job Description :

1. Inspect account books as well as accounting systems for efficiency effectiveness use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
2. Analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
3. Verify the existence, correctness and validity of all required supporting documents.
4. Assist the Internal Audit Manager in developing Audit Programs for testing of compliance/controls.
5. Collection and analysis of audit evidence during the course of the audit.
6. Communicate audit findings and presenting the Internal Audit Reports to management/officials.
7. Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and improve profits.
8. Assist and support audit team in their day-to-day functions.
9. Resolving client issues as identified.

1. Assist the filmmaker coordinator in the invitation process (update invitation letters, update the travel form, the pre-departure welcome letter and all other materials that are sent to a guest)
2. Assist the coordinators in arranging all the travel details for the filmmakers’ guests: their plane tickets, accommodation in Doha, local transport, festival accreditation, etc.
3. Constantly update Starbase (film info from the Film Info Form, contact info etc.)
4. Supervise the Q&A session and the local transportation for the guests during the festival.
5. Assist in supervising the volunteers.
