Worked on power system operation, power distribution and demand side management.
Power electronic converter for DSM of domestic load for grid stabilisation was developed and
tested. Design of circuit schematics, PCB design using Altium Designer platform and assembly
of circuit board components. (Further details cannot be disclosed as thesis is under evaluation.)
Joined as a trainee in Electrical Engineering department of MIR Realtors, Kochi, India.
Worked in a small onsite team of electrical engineers and technicians in construction and electrification of 'Green Metropolis' Project, Kochi.
The duties of position involved planning, scheduling, execution and monitoring of electrical wiring; transformer and generator installation; and panel installation.
Work also involved in maintaining of work log, functioning according to ISO standards and quality control.
Skills developed during the period include project planning, working in a team, work coordination, monitoring, communication and leadership skills.
Developing a smart domestic hot water heater controller which function on the heater element. Further details cannot be disclosed as thesis is under valuation.
Student head of ENCON Club 2011-2012. Student placement coordinator during the year 2012-2014. Designed a solar power plant to meet the energy requirements of college 2013-14.
