Work Accomplishment

➢ Retrofitting the foundation of Carnival Infopark Building Kakkanad, Cochin
➢ Underpinning and retrofitting of residential building at Kakkanad, Cochin
➢ Retrofitting of an Archeological building at Marine Drive, Cochin
➢ Field Technical Head of soil investigation for the proposed dry dock at Cochin Shipyard Ltd. (Land and Marine investigation)
➢ Soil investigation for Cochin Metro Project, MG Road Station Cochin
➢ Underpinning of 8 storied hospital building at Vadakara, Calicut
➢ Underpinning of residential building at Bolgatti Island, Cochin
➢ Did soil investigation and NDT for many local clients as well.

Job Responsibility

➢ Manage labors for the day today routine
➢ Act as liaison with subcontractors in expediting drawings and related information.
➢ Taking quantities from site and submitting to office.
➢ Preparation of estimate for new projects.
➢ Monitoring field work, including contract work, to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specification and codes.
➢ Prepare drawings and sketches to support construction work using AUTOCAD as required.
➢ Attend project coordination and owner/ contractor/ consultant as requested or require.
➢ Coordinate periodic job related photographs for record.
➢ Perform additional assignments and responsibilities that assumed or requested by supervision.

Technical Exposure

Building construction, Surveying, conventional piling and soil stabilization, Soil investigation ( land and margin), various testings, Quantity survey and estimation, interior and exterior work of building, Retrofitting, tender writing.
