KPI's Responsible for: Purchasing, Supplier On time Delivery, Customer On time Delivery, Internal Customer satisfaction, Order Processing & Delivery timelines and Cost savings and warehouse safety

Responsibilities: Full responsibility of Logistics and Purchasing, inventory controlling, Import and Export.
 Co-ordinate with overseas suppliers to arrange the shipments.
 Arranging cross country shipments, “ From China To CIS countries and African countries.
 Preparing Purchase order and opening L/C
 Follow up the production status and arranging the Quality inspection
 Checking the order quantity as per purchase order.
 Arranging Import own FCL console shipment and LCL shipment from PRC and Taiwan.
 Negotiate rate with shipping line and arranging the shipment.
 Responsible for all inventory and logistics problem resolutions in a timely manner.
 Claim of the damage shipment to supplier and Shipping Company.
 Coordinated with Suppliers to deliver the goods to our China warehouse for console processes.
 Arranging D.O collection from shipping Line.
 Preparing all type of export and Transfer documents (sea, air and land)
 All jobs related Dubai Chamber of commerce, Certificate of origin, Legalization,
 Quality inspection of products for exports(Mainly Kuwait and Saudi Arabia )
 Coordinating for SASO certification for Saudi Arabia Shipments
 Arranging BIVAC inspection for shipments to African sector and Syria
 Ensures compliance with all domestic rules and regulations for the import and export of product to the Dubai market.
 Supervising warehouse and logistics coordinating

 Submission of daily reports of un-cleared shipments to management.
 Processing of all kind of Customs Bill of entries for both import & export (Local & Free zone) shipments through E-Mirsal I & II and arranging transportation.
 Submission of processed bill along with supporting documents within allowed time for further verification by Customs.
 Arranging Customs inspection for re-export and other inspection required cargo.
 Communicate and coordinate with shipping lines, Local port and overseas agents for status of shipments and other inquiries
 Keep track of the shipment form POL up to POD and updating to sales directors accordingly.
 Supervising warehouse and logistics coordinating
 Arranging truck for land export and coordinate with shipping and logistics companies for loading

 Assisting logistics Manager for Export and Export shipment
 Arranging D/O Collection from Shipping Companies
 Preparation of all type of export and Import Free zone documents
 Arranging truck for land export and coordinate with shipping and logistics companies for loading
 Checking Vessel arrivals from import Shipment
 Making internal transfer documents for shipments
 Document submission to customs, final stamping for re-export document
 Arranging transportation all over UAE.
