Ensure the operations in the center in a smooth way
Clarify the staffs doubt regarding to the documentation
Prepare Daily Summary report about the operation
Handling Financial dealings in the center and preparing financial reports for the accounts department
Prepare the Overtime Report
Prepare the Roster end of the week for the staff
Monitor the call center activity and verify the daily report
Ensure the operations activities are going very smooth
Handling 4 major centerd and 50 plus staff in Dubai Region
Develop and implement new strategies to increase the revenue through the value added services
Ensure the Daily operational activities going well across Dubai Region
Handling the Escalation and solve on time
Monitor call center activities and prepare the report
Visit all the the centers and evaluating the operational activities
Motivate and encourage the staff to achieve the monthly target which is given by the management
Evaluate the staff performance in terms of documentation and customer handling
Prepare monthly Incentive reports about the entire center in Dubai for the top management
Conduct Monthly Meeting with whole staff and analyse the last month performance
Address all the issues to the higher level management on time
Coordinate with HR ADMIN AND ACCOUNTS department when its required.
Coordinate with the embassy/consulate regarding to the passport and visa
Promote the applicant to the PREMIUM CENTERS and increase the Revenue
Implement incentives plan to the staffs to sale value added services.
Prepare Financial and summary Reports on Daily Basis
Managing day to day activities of the center
Helping with training and development of new and existing staff
Handling customer and staff complaints and feedbacks
Preparing financial and operations reports for senior level management
Handling center Financial activities
Ordering stock when necessary
Handling customer queries
Provide the information to the customrs
Checking Passport and Visa applications
Data Entry
Processing applications based on services required
Reconciling daily payments collected
