Duties & Responsibilities:
• Complete responsibility of project MEP, and directly reporting & attending meetings with management.
• Attending Client, main contractor meetings.
• Electrical Design, execution and authority approvals. Coordinating with DEWA for getting HV and LV approvals.
• Finalizing subcontractors, suppliers and specialist. Reviewing and taking approvals for PQ, materials submittals, method of statements and drawings.
• Coordinating with drafting team, site team for the proper project execution.
• Preparing drawings and taking approval from authorities SIRA, Etisalat, DEWA, DM and Aviations.

Building details:
• Basement and 110 Retail Shops.
• 4 Substations and 27 transformers.
• Service Rooms - pump rooms, telecom rooms, BMS room, control rooms.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervision of Site activities and provide guidance to supervisors and subcontractors.
• Experience in Lighting & Power, Fire alarm system, Emergency lighting system, Lighting control system, BMS and GRMS Systems, Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems.
• Experience in Installation of Tray, Ladder and Trunking Containments, Mechanical Equipment’s, LV Panels, UPS, ATS, Generators, and supervision of Cable Pulling.
• Planning, monitoring and controlling material and man power at site, Work force control and allocation of work, Timely Execution of site works with optimum resources.
• Preparing Material Submittals, Technical submittals, RFI’s and GA Drawings as per the project specification and taking approvals from the consultant.
• Comment incorporation of material submittals and continuous follow up with suppliers to provide complete compliance and correct materials as per requirement and ensuring the delivery within the planned date.
• Coordinating with site team and design team to incorporate the latest changes in IFC, Additional requirements, technical queries, RFI’s and supervision to update the comments in final shop drawings.
• Preparation of Schematic diagram, Load schedule and Layouts for DEWA submission by incorporating all the comments and changes done in site.
• Quantity take off of materials from the Latest drawings and comparing with BOQ and releasing purchase order to the procurement team.
• Taking Cable Lengths from initial drawings and estimating the required cable for ordering to avoid unnecessary delay and continuous follow up in site with Cable Drum Cut length Schedule.
• Giving information to QS for all the variations in drawings, material quantities and site changes.
• Meeting with planning team to give the report of site progress and Material delivery status for effective handover planning.
• Coordinating with LV Panel Builder for complying correct requirements and incorporating all the
Load variations to avoid rework in Panels.
• Witnessing Factory Acceptance Test for Panels and preparing documents for FAT and MIR.
• Coordinating with mechanical team to finalizing the Equipment’s Load and starter details & updating these technical details in electrical drawings and preparing mechanical equipment schedule.
• Coordinate with other services and civil works to achieve proper progress in site.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervision of electrical works in site and coordinating all the systems.
• Load Schedule and SLD preparation, Layout reviewing and official submissions to get board approvals.
• Preparation of Bill of quantities (BOQ), Cost Estimation and releasing purchase order.
• Site inspection for testing and ensuring the specified standards are followed and supervising the scheduled work.
• Maintain electrical systems in the constructed buildings within the contract period.
• Attending meetings with main contractors and clients.
• Knowledge in safety orders, rules and regulation in installation of electrical equipment’s to provide effective design & construction.
• Ensuring that all electrical maintenance work is performed in accordance with the established procedures, policies and technical standards.
