Management responsibilities:
i. Target setting and supply chain management for weekly and monthly production.
ii. Duties assigning, strategic planning and supervision of about 50 crew members to achieve maximum output of the plant.
iii. Maintaining record of material and electrical and mechanical equipments of the plant
iv. Quality and safety standards monitoring, crew members training and product ratio selection are also amongst my key responsibilities.
v. Daily, monthly and annual reporting of production and material used, and performance assessment of employees to head office.
i. To understand deeply about power operations conducted under two different voltage levels
120V/ 50Hz and 110V/60Hz.
ii. I have learnt about the single line and schematic diagrams of plant electrical systems, and different safety, testing, working and quality standards as: ISO 90012000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS.
iii. Inspection and maintenance of 36.6 MVA/ 26.3MW/13.8KV power generation, 13, 8KV, 2.4KV and 480V distribution systems, 12MVA and 8MVA transformers, 2.0MW/13.8KV diesel driven emergency and auxiliary generator, uninterruptible power supply system (UPS), A.C and DC motors,
high and medium voltage switchgears, emergency load shedding systems (ELSS), variable frequency drives, static frequency converter and electrical protection systems based on relays and circuit breakers
iv. I have also worked on control systems based on Siemens S7 family PLC’s and DCS ( Distributed Computing system).
v. I have also got an overview of SAP software used in Fauji Fetilizer Bin Qasim Limited.
