Verification of basic engineering documents for preparing quotation such as P&ID, Engineering specifications etc.
Preparation of detailed engineering documents such as Instrument data sheets, Hook up drawings, Cause and effect diagram Interlock list, Instrument and junction box location, Loop diagrams, Junction box termination details.
Verification of vendor documents such as Technical offers and quotation, instrument specification and general arrangement drawings, Quality assurance plan documents etc.
Selection, Procurement and Inspection of instruments such as Control valves, PLC, pressure transmitters, level transmitters, temperature transmitters, flow meters etc. as per the specification from various reputed vendors.
Lead the instrumentation team for onsite erection job, installation calibration and configuration of various instruments such as Load cells, position encoders On-Off valves, Control valves, Flow meters, Level transmitters, Temperature transmitters, Pressure transmitters, Controls systems etc.
Co-ordinating with vendor engineers for calibration of load cells, PLC programming and SCADA configuration, CCTV configuration etc.
Preparation of Quality control documents such as bench calibration and online calibration reports, Instrument installation report, performance test reports, Instrument reception reports, Inspection reports etc.
Co-ordinate with client to approve the Quality control documents.
Control logic preparation, Loop checking and interlock checking for smooth operation of plant equipments and instruments such as cascade Belt conveyors, shuttle conveyors, pumps, agitators, bag filters, ON-OFF valves, de-super heater valves, control valves, VFDs, belt weighers, bin weighers, flow meters, Temperature transmitters, Level transmitters etc.
Commissioning assistance for the smooth running of plant.
Provided training for end users about instruments calibration and configuration and PLC/SCADA operation.
Preparation of as built documents of all the detail engineering documents.
Installation, calibration, commissioning of various instruments in the petrochemical plants .
preparation all QA/QC documents for the instruments and control systems .
Completed B-tech Deg in applied electronics and instrumentation from MES college of engineering kuttipuram . which is affiliated to University of Calicut.
