Working in an IT service-based company as a Sr. Business Analyst where most of the projects are Public
Welfare Projects headed by the Indian Government.
Worked On-Site with the Ministry of Education and Information Technology (MEITY), Government of
India, on multiple public welfare projects and represented the Ministry at the prestigious G20 Event
showcasing Digital India to the World.

o DIKSHA - Digital Infrastructure for Knowledge Sharing is a national platform for school
education, an initiative of National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT).
o MY BHARAT (YUVA)- Initiative of Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports to empower Indian youth
through social mobility, educational equity, and practical skills. An Intensive learning and
career growth platform for the Youths of India.
o LokOS - A comprehensive BFSI and PFMS Solution to enable Rural Livelihood Growth
through financial intermediation. An initiative of the Ministry of Rural Development.

Working in an Australian mid-sized product-based IT company as a Business Analyst.
Serving as a liaison between the Stakeholders and Internal teams.
● Experience in converting business requirements into functional requirements, created
Functional Requirement Document (FRD) and User Stories.
● Translated business user concepts and ideas into comprehensive business requirements and
design documents.
● Hands on experience with managing requirements of overseas (Australia and New Zealand
Region) clients.
● Involved in Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum Calls, Requirement meetings, and Product Demos.
● Participated in sessions with developer and QAs to ensure clarity and accuracy of their
understanding for a user story.

Worked in a service-based IT company as a Business Analyst and handling US based Clients.
Played an active and lead role in gathering, analysing and documenting the Business
Requirements, business rules and technical requirements from the Clients for new
developments along with re-engineering and maintaining the existing ones.
● Constant engagement with the stakeholder regarding new updates and any issues in existing
projects.

changes or any requirements updated within the stipulated time frame as per the
requirements of clients.

● Monthly Calculation and analysis of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and evaluation of
progress and reporting it to the client and higher management typically using Excel Reports
