• Responsible for preparation of all personnel and administrative documents and advising personnel on a variety of administrative issues.
• Providing high level HR and administrative support to an international VVIP in Qatar ensuring that HR policies are appropriately applied and implemented in high standards.
• Coordinating and providing support to investment professionals.
• Coordinating training system for new employees.
• Preparation of reports and presentation relating to training data.
• Coordinating with house manager to ensure that the policies and procedures in palace administration are strictly adhered.

• Mediating between the HR and Employees for day-to-day profile updates, such

• Coordinated with Estate director to develop and implement employee relation policies to bridge the gap between employees and management by promoting a positive and productive working relationship
• Assisting employees for ID renewals, applying for new visa’s, medical cards etc
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Assisting house managers in periodic performance reviews, feedback and appraisals.
• Acted as the executive assistant to an investment professional (a prominent figure in Qatar) managing his agendas, meetings, calendar etc.
• Coordinating in completion of annual audit report preparation and tax return filing.
• Assisting Estate director in investigating fraudulent practices and assisting during formal disciplinary action processes.
• Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or request and providing assistance.
• Maintaining records of personnel related data in the database ensuring all employment requirements are met.
• Maintaining administrative work flow by studying methods, implementing cost reductions, developing reporting procedures.
• Assisting in recruitment.

• Managing and maintaining office stationery inventories, keeping track of office supplies purchases and storage.
• Making travel arrangements such as booking flight tickets, rental car arrangements and making hotel bookings.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments for managers and supervisors.
