Key Result Areas:
• Managing cash, petty cash, and IOU as well as responsible for the safe custody of cash received
• Preparing cash-flow reports on a daily basis; participating in monthly bank reconciliation
• Administering vendor payment as well as resolving issues related to CDC, PDC cheque, and telegraphic transfer

• Checking & processing invoices & payments; maintaining general ledger; preparing accounting of debit/credit notes as well as
posting journal entries
• Participating in the intercompany transactions and reconciliation as well as generating monthly AP aging reports

• Ensured that invoices attachments such as LPO, Delivery Note & Goods received notes from suppliers are complete and updated

• Raised credit notes and debit notes based on instructions and approvals; prepared tax invoice for the client on both Tally ERP

• Managed Balance Adjustment for the cash and cheque payment from the client and tenant on ERP
• Prepared month-end reports including Client Ageing Report & Tenant Cash Report; generated Customer Statement of Accounts
• Managed petty cash and maintained vouchers & reconciliation
• Entered and uploaded invoices in system; prepared & performed check runs as well as engaged in reconciliation of bank
accounts
