Lead the finance function for a newly established e-commerce startup, overseeing all financial operations and guiding the finance team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Manage monthly cash flows, multi-currency transactions (QAR, USD, AED, EUR), and end-to-end
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

Handle all banking and exchange house transactions, including reconciliations, verifications, and coordination with banks, merchants, and service providers.

Oversee and verify daily, weekly, and monthly postings to ensure accuracy in accounting records and financial statements.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including forecasts, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring, to provide actionable insights to management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Marketing, Retail, Administration, and HR—for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Ensure internal controls, accounting policies, and payroll processes (WPS compliance) are maintained across the organization.

Oversee ERP system processes, providing guidance to the finance team on reporting, automation, and process improvements.

Mentor and train finance team members, building a high-performing, compliant, and proactive finance department.

Responsible for accounting, reporting, payables, receivables, cash management, and
operations for the company.
• Prepare financial statements and reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets,
and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial ratios and provide recommendations to management to support decisionmaking and financial planning.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, internal controls, and procedures to ensure
compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with management staff to prepare and monitor budgets, track expenses, and
recommend cost-saving measures.
• Administer payroll and prepare WPS documents, ensuring timely salary disbursements.
• Oversee expense management, maintaining control over operational costs and vendor
payments.
• Manage inventory records, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper documentation.
• Monitor cash flow projections to ensure adequate funds are available for future expenses and
vendor payments.
• Handle bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies in financial
records.

Preparing and disclosing the year-end financial
statements in an accurate and efficient manner
(Income Statements, Financial position, Changes in
Equity, Statement of Cash Flows).
- Handling Construction accounts and related reports.
- Responsible for recording and processing payroll,
accounts payable, accounts receivable, income &
expenses.
- Handling Company Secretarial forms & related duties.
- Taxable calculations, payments reports and filing tax
returns.
- Facilitating and coordinating the development and
preparation of the budgets.

- Preparing year-end financial statements and management reports on time with accurate data analysis.
- Handling daily cash book and Bank reconciliations.
- Perform bookkeeping using accounting packages.
- Preparing of monthly Salaries, EPF, ETF & related reports.
- Performing other ad hoc duties as required by the management.
