• Monitoring the Construction and reporting to client Project Actual progress status against approved Project Plan and time schedule.
• Observing the performance and directing both Contractors & Consultants toward achieving project goals per Contractual documents.
• Controlling, Reviewing & Providing all project procedures and processes.
• Resolving any Conflicts between Contractor and Consultant.
• Providing the Client all kinds of Const, Quality, & Time control services.
