•Duties & Responsibilities
•Set up and conduct accounts monitoring reviews on a regular basis. Work with staff and managers to resolve commission queries and implement any corrective actions.
•Keep proper record of financial transactions by entering account information into the accounting system. Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents. Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
•Prepares financial reports i.e. Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet & other financial report as & when needed.
•Reconciles bank statement and General Insurance Statements. Maintains financial security by following internal controls. Prepares vouchers & payments by verifying invoices and requesting disbursements of the payment.
